It's amazing how Startec allow their customer service agents to talk to their customers in such disrespectful manner. I was SCREAMED at today by "Helen" - fake name, of course - that she will hang up the phone on me ?!

She also made a statement that I am incompetent enough to understand that i have a monthly service plan and that is why i am getting billed every month - even though i have not been using their service in months !!!!!!!!!!!!! How dear she! This is not a signed contracted plan and customers should not be billed every month unless the service is in use.

They would now not cancel my service unless i pay $60 for unused service ??? I am outraged.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. cristinan55 stated that there is a room for improvement of charges for service never used. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of startec customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $300. Startec needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
